Thank you for choosing iMonitor. This Privacy Policy describes how Vehicles Tracking Information Technology ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Data We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Phone Numbers: We collect users' phone numbers for the sole purpose of managing user accounts. This information is securely stored and used to provide authentication and account recovery.
• Email Addresses: We collect users' email addresses for the sole purpose of managing user accounts. This information is securely stored and used to provide authentication, account recovery, and communication related to the App.
• Camera Access: We require access to users' cameras to scan barcodes on smart terminals, which allows users to obtain device International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) for tracking purposes. The camera is used solely for barcode scanning, and no images or video are captured or stored.
• Images: We may collect images solely for the purpose of allowing users to set avatars and personalize their experience within the App. These images are securely stored on our servers and are not used for any other purpose.
• Location Information: We may obtain the current location of the phone through the App for the purpose of providing relative positioning between the user's location and the location of the smart terminal within the App. However, we do not save or collect this data. The location information collected by our App is sourced directly from the user's installed GPS positioning device and not through our App itself.

Data Usage

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Managing User Accounts: We use phone numbers and email addresses to facilitate user account creation, authentication, and account recovery. This information is necessary for users to access their accounts and personalized settings within the App.
• Barcode Scanning: We use camera access to scan barcodes on smart terminals, allowing users to obtain device IMEI for tracking purposes. The scanned IMEI is used to provide users with accurate information about their tracked devices within the App.
• Avatar Customization: We may use the images provided by users to create avatars and enhance their personalization options within the App. These images are used solely within the App and are not shared with any third parties.
• Location-Based Features: We utilize the current location information from the user's GPS positioning device to provide relative positioning within the App, allowing users to perceive the situation between their personal location and the location of the smart terminal. This location information is not stored or collected by our App.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties, except in the following situations:

• Trusted Third Parties: We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our App, conducting our business, or servicing you. These third parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and are only allowed to use it for the purposes specified by us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities (e.g., court orders or government agencies).
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring company.

Data Removal

We provide two methods for users to clear their account information:

1. Within the App: After logging into the App, you can delete your account by clicking the "Remove Me" button located in the profile section.
2. Online: You can also delete your account by visiting the following link: http://www.imonitor.sa/user/del.

Please note that only accounts registered by you can be deleted using these methods.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon posting an updated version on this page.
